Pastor Tim came to Arlington in 2006. He has served churches in Texas, Louisiana, Alabama and Tennessee. You will find him to be down to earth in his approach to preaching and teaching and can always find him "hanging out" with people having fun - he has a true Pastors Heart. Pastor Tim also serves churches across America in the area of Stewardship Development. He has a Bachelors Degree in Church Ministries, a Masters Degree in Church Administration and is completing his Doctor of Christian Education degree with an emphasis in Church Administration. He serves as President of Eklund Stewardship Ministries in Dallas, TX (a ministry of Pastors helping Pastors) and also serves on several Board of Directors for other ministries. Pastor Tim is married to Heidi and they have two boys; T and Nathan and their dog LOBO! Pastor and Heidi co-authored in 2007 their first book together "A Journey to Faithfulness". John Lovelace, Associate Pastor/Youth johnny@arlingtonknoxville.com
John is a product of Arlington Baptist Church. Having grown up here, John returned to his home church in 1991 to serve the Lord with our youth program. John is married to Marla and they have two children - Josh and Hope. John enjoys all sports and he is a collector of lighthouses. John is sought after by many young Youth Pastors as a mentor and is gifted in administration and service along with being "an all around, down to earth guy".
Marty began serving Arlington March 2008. Marty was born and raised in Alabama. He works also as a physical therapist in home health. He is married to Jennifer and they have two children -Caitlin and Eli. Marty is serving two groups - Bed babies through 5th grade and also our Senior Adults/ Homebound.
Arriving at Arlington in 1993, Carey has created an enthusiastic music and worship program that glorifies the Lord. An excellent Bible teacher, Carey is also involved in the Bible Study ministry of Arlington - teaching a couple's class. Carey is married to Betty and they have two grown children - David and Brian. Carey and Betty also have two grandchildren. Carey enjoys people, music and is an expert at creating puns - what else would you expect from a guy named "Crowe"?
Beth began serving Arlington April 2008. Beth is a Knoxville native. She is married to Chris and they have a dog, "Beans". Beth leads our Praise Team for our Contemporary Service and helps with our Youth Wednesday Worship. She also teaches voice and piano.

Susan began her ministry at Arlington in 1994. A native of Alabama, Susan truly believes that the work of Church Administrative Assistannt is a ministry. Indeed she has used this ministry to be a blessing to the people of Arlington. Susan is married to Glenn and they have three grown children - Matt, Marcus, and Chris. Susan and Glenn also have 5 grandchildren.
Rita began her ministry at Arlington in June of 2009. She and her family are active in many areas of ministry in the Arlignton family. Rita is married to Ken and they have 4 boys.
Betty Brandon, General Office info@arlingtonknoxville.com Betty is a longtime member of Arlington who has been active in every aspect of the ministry. She handles the phones and membership needs of the church.
