Tim Guthrie, Senior Pastor
Pastor Tim came to Arlington in June of 2006.  He has served churches in Texas, Louisiana, Alabama and Tennessee with over 28 years of church ministry service.  He loves being a Pastor and loves people of all ages. He has a Bachelors Degree in Church Ministries, a Masters Degree in Theology and is completing his Doctor of Philosophy Degree in Pastoral Ministries with a focus on New Testament Stewardship.  Pastor Tim is also the President/Founder of the national stewardship ministry Ekklesia Essentials (a ministry of Pastors helping Pastors in the area of Stewardship Development and Leadership Development).  He loves people and walking the journey of life with them. He is married to his best friend, Celeste. He has two sons, Timothy (married to Hannah), and Nathan, who all are active in ministry serving the Lord.

John Lovelace, Associate Pastor/Youth
John is a product of Arlington Baptist Church. Having grown up here, John returned to his home church in 1991 to serve the Lord with our youth program.  John enjoys all sports and he is a collector of lighthouses.  John is sought after by many young Youth Pastors as a mentor and is gifted in administration and service along with being "an all around, down to earth guy". John is married to Marla. He has grown 2 children and 2 grandchildren.

Carey Crowe, Minister of Music 
Arriving at Arlington in 1993, Carey has created an enthusiastic music and worship program that glorifies the Lord. An excellent Bible teacher, Carey is also involved in the Bible Study ministry of Arlington - teaching a couple's class.  Carey enjoys people, music and is an expert at creating puns - what else would you expect from a guy named "Crowe"? He is married to Betty. He has 2 grown children and 5 grandchildren. 
Trent Goss, Contemporary Worship Leader     
Trent and his wife Mary Ellen joined the Arlington family in March of 2018. They have one son, Mason. An avid musician, Trent plays a slew of instruments and music of all kinds and genre. His passion is to lead people in their daily lives to be fully devoted to Jesus, knowing the fruit will be a life of praise and adoration to God. 
Rita Rumgay, Administrative Assistant
Rita began her ministry at Arlington in June of 2009.  She and her family are active in many areas of ministry in the Arlington family.  Rita is married to Ken. She has 4 children and one grandchild.
